Holland & Knight is seeking a Senior Information Governance Manager to work in the Tampa or Jacksonville law office. This person will oversee and administer certain of the Firm’s internal litigation management activities, including litigation holds and productions. This position is within the firm’s Legal Department in furtherance of the firm’s Information Governance and Compliance functions.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Manage of all administrative phases of firm’s non-party discovery obligations and litigation hold processes (including work flow management and data identification, collection, review and production).
Develop, document, maintain and implement policies, process workflows, and reporting with respect to holds and productions.
Work with firm’s IT Department to evaluate, select, test and implement IT applications and processes for administering holds and productions.
Special projects and additional duties as assigned.
5+ years of relevant law firm Information Governance management experience (including e-Discovery management experience).
Proficiency in eDiscovery management software, word processing, spreadsheets, and workflow applications, as well as computer-assisted legal research.
Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision.
Excellent organizational and communication (both oral and written) skills required.
Ability to work effectively with all levels of law firm personnel, including partners and administrative managers.
Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
