Mintz Levin provides legal services and expertise on all aspects of immigration and nationality law to corporate clients and individuals in many different fields, from high technology and biotechnology to the performing arts. In addition to obtaining temporary work visas and permanent resident status for foreign nationals, the Firm assists clients in becoming naturalized U.S. citizens, filing for political asylum, and solving problems with the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) or State Department that may have developed prior to Mintz Levin's involvement. The practice serves the immigration needs of existing Mintz Levin clients as well as new clients who retain the Firm for its experience in this area of law.
