Snell & Wilmer’s Special Litigation and Compliance group seeks to hire a part-time staff attorney for its Phoenix office. The ideal candidate will have five or more years’ experience litigating insurance coverage disputes and bad faith claims. Applicants should be available to work for the firm on an exclusive basis. Compensation will be set based upon level of experience and agreed upon commitment with the opportunity for periodic bonuses. In addition to base compensation, successful applicants will be eligible to participate in the firm’s 401(k) savings plan, and may be eligible for medical benefits, depending upon agreed upon commitment. Work arrangements to be determined mutually, with reduced hour options. The group anticipates no fewer than 50 hours per month, but additional litigation opportunities may be available for interested applicants. Successful applicants will be expected to assist with all areas of litigation, including case management. Excellent writing skills and Arizona bar required.
