We are recruiting for a Microsoft Systems Specialist to join our Information Technology team in Rochester, NY. This position reports to the Firm's Manager of Microsoft Applications, and is responsible for supporting computer hardware and software systems which include communication, network, data storage, operating systems, application environments, network authentication and key aspects of security.

Product installations, upgrades, patch installations and hotfix installations
Provide support and automation of infrastructure services that satisfy a diverse range of systems
Maintain maintenance windows based on customer needs, best practices and industry proven methodology
Build strong, positive relationships with internal team members: Engineering, Operations, Development
Assist with system imaging, application packaging, testing and deployment
Recommend System enhancements for optimum efficiency
Support helpdesk escalation requests, including being “on-call” for after-hours infrastructure support
Experience analyzing, troubleshooting, and providing solutions for technical issues
Solid understanding of client/server, networking, and internet technology foundations
Fast learner who works well in a dynamic team environment
Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks to meet deadlines
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent customer service skills and passion for continual improvement in results
Detail-oriented with solid skills in technical documentation
Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), Active Directory (including certificate services), Office 365 and SPO technologies including troubleshooting and configuring and supporting hybrid scenarios
Certifications in Microsoft technologies (recent MCSA or MCSE is a plus)
Cloud computing technologies across VMWare, Windows and/or Linux, with demonstrated hands-on experience on one or more of the following domains:
