- Minimum 3 years of experience with law firm entry-level recruiting, including summer program, campus interviews, and law school outreach.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with database management strongly preferred.
- Experience with law firm recruiting a plus, but not required.
- Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
- Ability to work effectively with lawyers, other professionals and staff within the firm.
- Ability to manage multiple project and competing deadlines effectively.
- Additional hours above the standard work week may be required from time to time.
