JOB SUMMARY: The Chief Information Officer manages and directs the Firm’s Information Technology (IT) department and resources. This position is responsible for planning, developing, implementing and managing firm-wide information technology and data security initiatives. This position must be adept in evaluating business requirements and leading the organization with effective solutions that support the mission and vision of the Firm and delivery of services to clients. This position must work proactively with practice and business leaders and manage a team of professionals who are accountable for delivery of effective services in the Firm. This position must be experienced in developing strategic vision, driving implementation projects, staying current with the fast-changing Legal IT challenges and managing high-availability operations.
