•Masters of Library Science or equivalent degree preferred.
•1-3 years of library experience.
•Good oral and written communication skills and ability to think critically and creatively as regards library services.
•Organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage diverse projects.
•Commitment to providing quality client service.
•Self-motivation, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within and across departments, with all levels of personnel.
•Ability to thrive in a team environment.
•Internet research skills, research database experience, and comfort with Microsoft office suite.
•Knowledge of California laws and court system a plus.
