Attorney Recruitment, Professional Legal Management
Duane Morris LLP is currently seeking a Legal Recruitment Assistant to work in the Legal Recruitment and Development Department. This position will responsible for supporting the department staff and administering programs and systems related to our legal recruiting and training efforts. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: maintaining the legal hiring database, overseeing all onboarding and new hire paperwork, internet research relating to such efforts, updating the firm roster for new attorney hires, assisting in on-campus interview (OCI) and lateral non-partner interview preparation, preparing candidate correspondence and recruiter agreements, scheduling all department meetings and video conferences, maintaining all firm personnel files, preparing reports and statistics, and other work to assist the department in meetings its objectives.
Candidates who have at least two years of relevant experience in a professional services environment along with an established track record of success working in a fast paced work environment are desired. A college degree and/or legal recruiting experience is a plus but not required. Excellent communication skills are critical. Must have strong typing skills, solid technical skills, and must be highly organized with the ability to prioritize numerous tasks that must be completed under tight deadlines. Willingness and ability to learn new software programs, procedures and reporting is necessary.
