We are a boutique personal injury firm focusing primarily on medical malpractice cases. This job requires substantial experience in personal injury litigation management. Experience handling medical malpractice cases is preferred, but not required for the right candidate. Excellent interpersonal communication and writing skills are required. Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Outlook preferred. 

Candidate will be responsible for all aspects of case management after intake including client/counsel communication, drafting of discovery/disclosure and basic pleadings, preparation of settlement demand packages, scheduling, filing, lien negotiation, and trial preparation.

Willing to provide some training if necessary for the right candidate.
