Assists in managing the firm’s substantial employment immigration practice including H-1B, L-1, E, and O, other NIV visas as well as EB-1-EB-5, PERM processing, employment AOS and consular processing; oversees paralegals' work, performs legal research; interacts with clients in a manner consistent with firm policies and mission; reviews client input in firm's case management portal; follows firm procedures in case processing; drafts applications/petitions, support letters, legal memoranda, and requests supporting documents; responds to Requests for Evidence or Notices of Intent to Deny/Revoke in a timely manner; efficiently manages caseload; drafts pleadings for federal court litigation, strives to contribute to firm growth; participates in marketing efforts; drafts articles for publication. It is critical for the successful candidate to be completely immersed in firm vision, law practice culture and team oriented workflow.
Must be highly ethical and team oriented. Minimum 5 years experience in business immigration. License to practice law in any state.
Additional Salary Information: benefits include 21 days paid time off (increasing after 3 and 5 years), health, vision and dental insurance. Will participate in revenue sharing.
