Holland & Hart is seeking a Recruitment and Client Care Coordinator to support their dynamic, fast-growing, innovative patent practice. This position takes a critical role within the EE patent group, responsible for championing, leading and providing administrative support for new and existing initiatives spanning culture, events, recruitment, client care, communications, and performance management. Recruiting: Patent Engineers/Agents/Attorneys
o Manage applications for engineer, agent, and attorney positions. Review applications from system and perform first review of applicants. Send status correspondence to applicants as necessary.
o Prepare weekly recruitment agenda, weekly action item list, and lead weekly recruiting call.
o Coordinate with group and applicants to schedule interviews.
o Draft internal memos for approval of offers.
o Serve as main contact with career services at schools where we recruit engineering students. Register for all career fairs (twice a year) and coordinate information sessions.
o Attend career fairs as needed.
o Work with outside recruiting agencies as needed.
o Evaluate existing processes for efficiency and effectiveness. Propose and manage alternatives designed to efficiently maximize breadth and depth of candidate pool.
o Work with EE group leadership to set vision and direct culture and retention initiatives inclusive of all group practitioners and staff.
o Work with EE group leadership to provide strategies for and implement internal growth and optimization initiatives, such as with recruitment and retention, organizational structure, leadership meetings, etc.
o Manage new employee onboarding, including scheduling and administration of group trainings, creation/updating of supporting documents, etc.
o Draft event budget approval emails and manage event schedule to adhere to approved budget.
o Plan or assist with planning group events.
o Work with EE Patent Group Leader(s) to identify client care and satisfaction opportunities and programs for the Group’s most valuable clients. Organize and execute client care initiatives, including events, as appropriate and directed by leadership.
o Work with EE Patent Group Leaders to develop a Client Feedback system and process for regularly obtaining and analyzing client feedback regarding service delivery
o Provide advice and strategy on strategic growth opportunities within each identified Group client.
o Curate strategies and actions within the Firm’s CRM to ensure knowledge sharing across the Intellectual Property Practice Group and the wider Firm.
o Review of EE internal and external communications before submission for strategy alignment
o Oversee Recruitment marketing outreach initiatives (recruiting website/social media/data metrics)
o Write practice group’s monthly internal newsletter
o Innovation and Technology integration with above
o Preparation and distribution of performance status reports.
o Optimize and evolve performance status reports, related data, and additional feedback mechanisms to foster transparency and growth
o Follow-up with supervisors and supervisees to better track required quarterly meetings, provide ad hoc data reviews/reports to support these efforts, enforce the use of professional development plans, and associated goals etc.
o Manage monthly FTE allocation reporting.
o Annual evaluation process: manage the group’s annual review timeline, assist with administration, schedule annual review meetings, manage content dissemination, etc.
o Partner with operations lead to prepare and finalize annual evaluation messages.
o Assist with mini-review process for new practitioners.
o Performs other functions as assigned
And other associated duties as directed by the Partner in charge.
Job Qualifications (Education, Experience and Certification):

o Requires proficiency in Microsoft Office suite products (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Visio is a plus), and Adobe Acrobat
o Preferred experience with viRecruit and viDesktop
o Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent experience
o Preferred 5+ years relevant experience
o Prior experience in attorney recruitment a plus
