We are seeking a highly motivated associate general counsel to join our team. Work location is flexible.
Job Requirements:
The associate general counsel will be performing a full range of legal services for our growing impact investment platform, which will include preparing and reviewing legal agreements and contracts, overseeing entity management, due diligence relating to prospective investments, reviewing investment documentation, drafting program applications, corporate compliance and handling general legal matters.
Qualifications Required:
Law degree.
Excellent academic credentials and excellent research, writing, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Three years law firm or corporate counsel work experience.
