· Collaborate with various teams within IT and across the Firm to develop and manage a detailed project schedule and project plans · Determine and define project scope, objectives, and relevant stakeholders · Manage a team of Project Managers, instilling project management standards within such team · Predict resources needed to reach objectives and ensure resource availability and allocation in an effective and efficient manner · Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements · Track project costs in order to meet budget · Identify and manage project dependencies, pre-requisites and critical path · Analyze and manage project risk and issue tracking for timely resolution · Develop and manage quality assurance and testing activities · Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders and project team about strategy, adjustments and progress · Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables · Utilize industry best practices, techniques and standards throughout entire project execution · Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed · Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement |
