Location: Downtown Chicago office Remote: No The IT Service Support Team Lead will coordinate the daily activities of the IT Helpdesk Team members for phone and deskside support to all SmithAmundsen offices. He or she will prioritize available resources to meet business needs and support level of service goals, define and report on key performance indicators, and develop and maintain workflows for managing the Helpdesk ticket tracking system. He or she will also perform analysis on key performance indicators and workflows to determine and implement continuous improvement projects.
