This is a full-time, salaried, exempt position. Salary is commensurate with experience. However, candidates for this position can anticipate a range between $75,000 to $100,000 per year. This position also includes a generous benefits package, with a substantial stipend for excellent health insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, annual attorney registration dues, professional liability insurance, eligibility to participate in the Firm’s 401K retirement plan (with Firm matching up to 3.5%), reimbursement for CLE hours, enrollment in a wellness plan and AILA membership dues. It is anticipated that the attorney will self-manage a case load of Cancellation of Removal, Adjustment of Status, Asylum, and other removal related matters with the assistance of a dedicated bilingual support staff.
