Small law firm with offices in Columbia and Charleston seeking a mid-level associate with 2-4 years of experience to assist in the defense of tort litigation matters (primarily premises liability, false arrest, professional negligence and products liability).  Successful candidate must have the demonstrated ability to manage their own caseload and develop a case from start to finish, including initial fact investigation, completing all phases of discovery, writing and arguing motions, conducting mediation, as well as preparing for and trying cases to completion.   Salary is commensurate with experience; health and other benefits provided.  Interested persons should submit a letter of interest along with a resume, list of professional references, and writing sample.
