Our firm has a robust family and employment-based immigration, removal defense, crimmigration advisal, naturalization, humanitarian/asylum, and business immigration practice. The successful applicant will demonstrate excellent writing and communication skills and strong organizational skills. The applicant must demonstrate dedication to working as a part of a team and to the immigrant community we serve.
The duties include:
Representing clients at bond, master, and individual hearings in immigration court;
Representing clients at USCIS interviews;
Brief writing and legal research;
Analysis of the immigration consequences of criminal convictions;
Preparing affidavits and letters of support;
Managing a caseload including removal, family, naturalization, and other immigration-related cases; and
Working closely with attorneys, paralegals and administrative staff to provide excellent customer service.

Applicants must possess a JD and a license to practice law in any State. At least two years of experience practicing immigration law or criminal law and Spanish-English proficiency is required. Other language skills are a plus.
