The attorney will represent clients before the Immigration Court and at USCIS field offices. The attorney will represent clients in removal defense, asylum applications, and family based immigration petitions, as well as complex immigration matters. The attorney will also represent juvenile clients in the Family and Probate Courts. The attorney will prepare applications for submission with USCIS.
