JOB SUMMARY: The Associate General Counsel will provide corporate legal services to the National Trust by providing a broad, complex, and varied range of nonprofit corporate legal services involving the entire scope of the organization’s activities. In addition, the Associate General Counsel provides assistance with a variety of legal advocacy issues related to saving historic and culturally important places.  For more than 70 years, the National Trust for Historic Preservation has led the movement to save America’s historic places.
