Immigration FOIA Document Analyst – Contract Attorney
Fully Remote | $250.00 per case review| Contract Position

We are seeking a licensed attorney with at least 3 years of experience in all forms of U.S. immigration relief to review FOIA disclosures, FBI, CBP, Border Patrol, and ICE records. The attorney will analyze the information, assess legal implications, and recommend possible immigration benefits, waivers, or relief options.

What You’ll Do:

• Review FOIA and law enforcement records.
• Evaluate the impact of criminal and/or immigration history on eligibility for immigration relief.
• Provide clear, concise written recommendations on possible immigration benefits
• Collaborate with attorneys and case managers on case strategy.

What You’ll Need:

• JD and active license in any U.S. jurisdiction.
• 3+ years of immigration law practice, with experience in all types of relief (asylum, waivers, TPS, U visas, T visas, SIJS, VAWA, etc.).
• Strong legal writing, analysis, and attention to detail.

Compensation: $250.00 per case review – Flexible schedule, fully remote.
